The Space
We have polished wooden floorboards throughout, with a large, open, living room area on the ground floor. This is great for families or for business groups wanting to connect and share stories and ideas. We have freedom furniture lounge chairs and a large wooden dining room table that seats up to eight people. We also have recycled air conditioning in the living room area and in two of our three bedrooms. Fans are also available. A large TV is also present in the living room. The kitchen is also spacious with plenty of storage space, as well as a new a 420 litre fridge, new microwave and new dishwasher. The fan-forced oven is a great resource to use for large families and groups. Be sure to visit our relaxed, self-contained, easy going home. Also add spa bath and pool to the list! There are sets of cutlery and crockery to accommodate 7 guests with saucepans and cooking utensils provided. Our space is clean and fresh, with white walls throughout and simple, elegant decorations.


Guest Access
One of our favourite features of the house is the large inground swimming pool, great for sitting around in the evenings or swimming during the day. The pergola has a BBQ and an oil lit fire pit. There is also have access to our outside laundry, (which includes an extra toilet), as well as a generous hanging space for your washing. The downstairs bathroom in the house is a large, fully tiled space, great for getting changed after a swim in the pool. It also includes a spa bath to warm up and relax!! The upstairs bathroom is small and includes a shower and washbasin. The toilet is separate. There is off street parking directly in front of the house and in the driveway. There’s often no need to use the car, as you can easily walk to Tuggerah Lakes, local cafes and retro shops, Diggers, restaurants and if you’re feeling up to it, can walk to ‘The Entrance’ to feed the pelicans, via the lake! A great bike ride!! You can hire these nearby in Long Jetty.

Please be aware that, although this is an extremely convenient house, close to many great facilities, with all the modern features that you would expect, this accommodation is on a busy road. If you’re used to city traffic this really isn’t a problem. Most visitors have said that the traffic doesn’t bother them, and you can always relax by the pool or sit in the pergola, oblivious to the street. It can sometimes get quite hot, although the air conditioners in the house really help, plus a dip in the pool, or a trip to the beach can soon cool you off!! There are fly screens throughout the house. I also live in an adjoining flat next to the accommodation. I keep a very low profile and never use the pool or outside facilities, with the exception of occasionally hanging washing on the line or doing gardening when the guests are not present. I’m also there if you need any help with anything, such as keeping an eye on the swimming pool and giving it a clean every so often.

Location Features
Self-contained premises
There is a private entrance to the accommodation. This self-contained area has its own lock with a key provided for guests.
Park in the driveway or off the street at the front of the house, allowing vehicles to arrive and leave without being parked in.
Garden and backyard – private use for guests (owner occasionally may hang some washing on the line or enter/leave the premises – this is kept to a minimum.
BBQ – grill, Pergola with plenty of seating (please put down the blinds every time after use to protect the furniture and the decking), firepit – oil provided at an extra expense, umbrella (please close after use every time) and table and chairs by the pool.
